The Business Center is located in the hotel lobby and is complimentary to our guests. You can check the latest scores, stocks, or your personal e-mail. With advance notice, our Front Desk can reserve the Business Center for a short private meeting (up to 4 people) at no charge. There are free computers for your use. We also offer fax, copies, and shipping services - all for your convenience.

Internet: Wireless Internet services are complimentary throughout the hotel, including guest rooms and meeting facilities. For a nominal fee, meeting rooms can also be equipped with hard-wire connections.

Rochester Lodging * Rochester Hotel Pool: The hotel has one of Rochester's most unique outdoor swimming pools. Privately located on the hotel's fourth floor, it is surrounded by four floors of guest rooms. Enjoy one of our poolside canopies and relax the day away.

The Fitness Center is located on the fourth floor with the latest equipment. Open from “6am to 10pm” daily. After your exercise, enjoy the dry sauna to work out the kinks.

Complimentary Hotel Shuttle Service: Is available to and from the Rochester New York Amtrak Station, Bus Terminal and the Rochester International Airport. When arriving to Rochester from the airport, please go to the baggage claim area. There you will find two phone banks to all of the Rochester Area Hotels. Please dial 22 and you will be directly connected to our Hotel. Please place your request with the Hotel Operator and a Hotel Shuttle will be dispatched immediately for your pick up at the lower east end of the airport.

Parking: Rochester Plaza Hotel has limited on-site parking per availability. The on-site parking charges are $4.00 plus 8% tax per day. At check in you will receive a parking pass so you can come and go as you please. Also in the immediate area is the Municipal Garage located on Corinthian Street and Sister Cities Garage located on Fitzhugh St. Please note the parking charges for each of these garages, varies by day.
